They have some great pups with diverse breeds. Process is streamlined, they do all the health check up’s and all upfront. If you are looking to get a puppy, I’d highly recommend this place!

We got Wednesday from Lone Star Puppies in Caldwell, TX when she was approximately 10 weeks old in June 2024. Wednesday is an Aussiechon, a mix between a Mini Australian Shepherd and a Bichon Frise, known for being clever, playful, and affectionate. She is a happy, healthy, rambunctious and loveable addition to our family. She celebrated her 1-year birthday at 14.5 lbs. If you are thinking of adding an Aussiechon puppy to your life, Lone Star Puppies is a great resource.

I was very happy with my experience. We got our puppy a year ago. We were apprehensive about putting money down online. So we opted to go in person to see the puppies available now. We reached out to make an appointment. From start to finish we were very happy with the entire process. And ultimately went home with Hazel. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and would not hesitate purchasing another puppy when we are ready.

We purchased a Cavapoo from Lone Star Pups last year. She is now one and has been a great puppy for our teenage daughter. We are first time dog owners and Lone Star Pups made the experience very easy.

I wanted to be as detailed as possible because this experience truly deserves it. I’m not sure how I came across Lonestar, but I am SO glad I did! At first, I was nervous about being scammed—I didn’t want to pay for a “catfish.” But Lonestar exceeded my expectations. They answered all of my questions, kept in touch with me weekly, and even sent a video of my pup while I waited the month for him. I was worried they might push his availability date back, but they stayed true to their word. They also sent arrival instructions without me even having to ask. I was so excited to bring my pup home that I paid in full instead of just putting down a deposit. Now, almost two months later, I can confidently say he is the best decision I’ve ever made! I also want to add that they sent him home with food, detailed care instructions, his microchip info, and even a little travel kennel. They went above and beyond by texting me every day for about a week and a half to check on him. It was such a thoughtful touch! On the way to pick him up, I was a little nervous because the location is in the middle of nowhere—but don’t worry, you won’t get stolen! The pickup process itself was seamless, though I’d recommend bringing someone along for the ride. Honestly, I need Lonestar to stay open forever because when my pup crosses the rainbow bridge in 10–15 years, I’ll be coming right back to them. If you’re hesitant to buy from Lone Star Pups—don’t be! They were incredibly responsive, answered all my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout the process.
