I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about using an online dog service when it came to picking out our next family dog. We've always been big dog people having up to three Labs at one time. When I looked up the breed cavapoos, I was very intrigued for the fact that they did not shed and that was a very high selling point with my son's severe allergies. When I began the search on lone Star pups, I fell in love with this particular dog. His coloring was beautiful. I had no idea that his personality was going to be even better. From beginning, until picking up our puppy, Lone Star pups offered incredible customer service. They answered my questions and my text messages very promptly. It was as if I was talking to a friend. They calmed my nerves and they helped tremendously in the process of getting started. The whole process was very user friendly, very clear and concise and the drive to picking up our puppy for 2 hours was well worth the wait. We're getting ready to celebrate his first birthday and Brazos our cavapoo from lone Star pups has been the greatest blessing to our family. Lone Star Puppies was totally professional and helpful in selecting the right pup for me. I loved their website giving so much info on each pup including the parents. I also loved their concern for the pups as well by requiring but offering discounts in having pet insurance. After I picked up Dave who is now Spencer the checked on him periodically that everything was going well. He was a happy healthy puppy then and still is. They even checked in on us on Spencer’s first birthday a week ago. I will definitely use them again. This is Dave now Spencer my 1 yr old Havanese.

Honestly, he has become such a huge part of our family that I almost forgot where we got him. It really made me smile. ​When we were looking for a puppy, health was our number one priority. Lone Star Pups made us feel so safe because they were completely transparent about the parents' health history. They are so popular that we had to choose Louis from photos, but they kept us updated with constant videos until he was ready to come home. We even had a vet check up with blood work done beforehand, and the whole process was so smooth. ​It has been a year now, and Louis is perfectly healthy and living his best life with his cat brother. They are inseparable. ​They might be a bit pricey, but you are paying for real peace of mind and quality. We have already recommended them to everyone who asks about Louis.
