The best experience I could have imagined! We love our pup and will recommend Lone Star to ANYONE looking for a new addition to the family!

I was very happy with my experience. We got our puppy a year ago. We were apprehensive about putting money down online. So we opted to go in person to see the puppies available now. We reached out to make an appointment. From start to finish we were very happy with the entire process. And ultimately went home with Hazel. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and would not hesitate purchasing another puppy when we are ready.

We purchased a Cavapoo from Lone Star Pups last year. She is now one and has been a great puppy for our teenage daughter. We are first time dog owners and Lone Star Pups made the experience very easy.

I wanted to be as detailed as possible because this experience truly deserves it. I’m not sure how I came across Lonestar, but I am SO glad I did! At first, I was nervous about being scammed—I didn’t want to pay for a “catfish.” But Lonestar exceeded my expectations. They answered all of my questions, kept in touch with me weekly, and even sent a video of my pup while I waited the month for him. I was worried they might push his availability date back, but they stayed true to their word. They also sent arrival instructions without me even having to ask. I was so excited to bring my pup home that I paid in full instead of just putting down a deposit. Now, almost two months later, I can confidently say he is the best decision I’ve ever made! I also want to add that they sent him home with food, detailed care instructions, his microchip info, and even a little travel kennel. They went above and beyond by texting me every day for about a week and a half to check on him. It was such a thoughtful touch! On the way to pick him up, I was a little nervous because the location is in the middle of nowhere—but don’t worry, you won’t get stolen! The pickup process itself was seamless, though I’d recommend bringing someone along for the ride. Honestly, I need Lonestar to stay open forever because when my pup crosses the rainbow bridge in 10–15 years, I’ll be coming right back to them. If you’re hesitant to buy from Lone Star Pups—don’t be! They were incredibly responsive, answered all my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout the process. I Highly recommended Lone Star Puppies if you are considering adding a fur baby to your family. The process was easy and they are so kind. They had all the feeding details ready at pick up for a smooth transition for our pup. Our vet was impressed with the detailed documentation of our pups shot records from the breeder. Lone Star Pups were wonderful to work with during our Cavapoo Izzy’s adoption process. They do check ins and updates etc. Even yesterday on her 1 yr old birthday! I’ve had several friends use them as well.The entire experience went very smoothly. They are informative and answer any and all your questions.

We got our sweet Cavapoo from Lone Star pups and it was a great experience. They kept us updated after she was born up until she arrived in Texas, sending us pics and vet reports along the way. Our local vet was very impressed with the vetting she received prior to us getting her. She has been the perfect addition to our family and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! We love our Peaches! ♥️

We had a great experience with Lone Star Puppies. The website is clear and concise with availability on pups and associated costs. We ended up with a female mini Bernedoodle to add to the family, she's just turned one year old and is a joy. Pick up of your pup is prompt with a 15 minute window provided on your selected date. Place is clean and interaction with staff was excellent. You will be provided paperwork and a small goodie bag containing food and meds for the first couple of days. Overall a good experience.

Easy to work with and love how they followed up on our puppy to check on him and to see how he was adjusting. We are so happy with our pup.
