Potty Training Consistency
March 2, 2016, 11:54 AM- Q: I had puppy 2 weeks and had to leave for a week. I'm back now and it appears I'm going to have to start him like I just brought him home with the potty training. I don't want to confuse him but want him to use both means of going potty. Do you have any suggestions and is it ok to train him both ways.
- A: The simpler the goal the quicker it is achieved. Breaks in routine and multiple routines usually lengthen the time required for successful training. The goal can be reached it just takes longer.
